To make healthy eating universally attainable by providing the resources and knowledge required to eat healthily
A B O U T
Our mission is to make healthy eating attainable for everyone by providing the resources and knowledge required to eat healthily.
It is no secret that cooking healthy food can be expensive time consuming, and intimidating.
Nutrition Branched aims to conquer those hurdles by providing cost-effective recipes, grocery lists, tips approved by an RDN, and inspiration (to you and others) on how to eat and enjoy healthy food!

The Nutrition Branched Packet
When the Nutrition Branched Project began, we set out to write a packet that could conquer the challenges of healthy eating. This packet provides cost-effective recipes, grocery lists, meal plans, tips, and nutrition knowledge (all approved by a registered dietitian/nutritionist)! Our hope is that it will spark change and inspire communities to enjoy healthy food.
